There are $1618.84 in the CFCU checking account.

There are also several hundred dollars (I believe) in cash from donations. I have the total amount in the "books" on my computer at home. I don't have access to it now. We should probably deposit this into the account -- I just never got around to it.

The bylaws mention the election of officers. The Chair and the Treasurer should be authorized as "signers" on the account.

It would probably be good to add a vote to the agenda on who the signers will be, so that it can be recorded in the minutes of the meeting. 

A trip to CFCU will then be needed to change the authorized signers for the account. At the moment, they are Marion Giambattista (the original Chair) and myself.

The only money used for the past several years has been for Guitar Events at the Presbyterian Church. There was a $100 fee for the use of the Sanctuary and $200 for the group, along with some money for posters and programs. Again, I have the details at home.
